What is the shop and bind Platform?
Shop and Bind is web-based transactional Platform designed to render the ultimate efficiency and service for insurance companies, captives, and wholesale insurance brokerages. Our opportunity is to take this technology and open the very first transactional web-based national commercial insurance Platform. It is a generic based processing system that is designed to receive plug and play modules of insurance product. The key advantage is that we have a pre-built processing base Platform. So our new product development only focuses on building the insert able product modules, decreasing the time for product software development and delivery to the market to only days versus years. In addition we have developed programming tools that write the code for the individual program modules, so our programmers resources are only limited to programming necessary functionality of each module, again decreasing cost and deployment time of each new insurance product.
Shop and Bind responds dynamically to selected coverages and classes of business within each product module. The module are handled by our new dynamic technology that takes any selection or combination of coverages and unlimited classes of business, and then dynamically builds the screen displays, the data tables for storage of data, and any printable pdf insurance applications, binders, filings, policies, etc. on the fly. Each application is tailored individually to the users' own unique selection and insurance company's requirements. The screens include underwriting intelligence directed toward the selected classes of business and insurance coverage, filtering each insurance submission qualifications, and providing immediate rating and pricing indications. Upon approval of the submission by your underwriter it allows printing of proposals, policies, state filing forms, certificates, binders, invoices, financing documents, and processing of future endorsements.
